Sheila came to The Sorgi Insurance Agency in 2003 from Iowa where she worked as a Office Manager, purchasing agent and customer service representative for a manufacturing plant for 30 years.

Sheila started as the receptionist at the agency and was later asked to be Rina's assistant in personal lines.  She handles most of the call in changes to insurance policies for the personal lines  clients as well as keeping clients current on payment issues.  She also takes care of all personal lines renewals and endorsements when they come in. She has most recently started taking care of the office books as well.  Rina always says she would be lost without Sheila. 

Sheila has 9 children between her and her husband of seven years and 24 grandchildren.
